We start the production process of our brandies exclusively with edible fruits. The process itself takes place under strictly controlled conditions, starting with fermentation in the kettle, roasting in the traditional copper kettle, double distillation, gradual dilution with softened water and aging in stainless steel tanks and barriques for two to five years. Traditional approach, modern technology and the best fruit quality allow us to obtain and offer the purest and most aromatic local liquor.

Our brandies
Cornus
In France Cognac, in the Balkans Vinjak and after the first glass of our brandy only remains Cornus. From the finest Chardonnay of white wine, Rkaziteli grapes and yellow muscat, we obtain a brandy by double distillation, which after 5 years of aging in barrique barrels, we fill into the bottles that the quality of the drink deserves and so we can proudly present you the noble brandies of our distillery.

According to a recipe from France, through a careful selection of nine varieties of picked ripe apples and after a three-week fermentation of the juices, we obtain a premium brandy from apple juice through a double distillation.
